The Dangers Of Traditional Thinking

Allow me to tear away your preconceived notions, your traditions and mindsets, and allow me to bring my will, direction, and flow into your life. As you yield yourself to me, especially your traditional thinking, I will do a completely new thing in you. I cannot display the fullness of my presence, anointing, or blessing in your life UNTIL you allow me, by being willing to let go of your traditional and often religious mindset.Allow me to do the driving much the same as you would allow a cab driver to drive you in a city, except unlike your cab trips in the city, allow me to take you to my chosen destination.

Rest in me. Your willingness to rest in me insures your destiny and purpose - the destiny and purpose I have chosen for you. Be cautious of activity done for the sake of activity, be cautious of spending time doing what you think you should spend your time doing, and even be cautious of pursuing relationships that you think you should pursue: Allow me my child to do the appointing. I am able; I am capable of doing the appointing. Allow my peace to govern your heart and I will direct the pursuits I have destined for your life.
