Natural Versus Spiritual

Natural events are often given as signs and evidences of activity in the spirit realm. As with the war that raged between the Presidential candidates and the two political parties, so too is the war between the competing systems - The Kingdom’s Way versus The World’s System, The Carnal Church versus The Spiritual Church, God’s Way versus Man’s Way, Light versus Darkness, Soul versus Spirit.

As never before we find ourselves in an hour of decision – pulled by opposing forces, seeking to know God’s Way, yet wondering if we are operating in man’s way. There are many questions when honestly answered that will reveal the path that we now walk or are about to walk. Is what I am doing or preparing to do motivated or sustained by my own self righteousness, traditions, ambitions, greed, the need for recognition, personal pleasure, the appetites of the flesh, or am I simply doing what God said do? Do I have a proceeding word from God for my actions or am I acting out of presumption? Do I have a confirmation from those God has placed around me to offer their prophetic insight or am I surrounded by those who tell me what I want to hear? If our actions are short of “God said,” at best we are moving in presumption and presumption is full of Ishmaels.

Many are called to walk in the path that leads to complete fulfillment of their destiny, an abundant life, yet because this path is narrow only few will attain it. Sadly, many are imprisoned by their own traditional convictions, soulish emotions, ambitions, fear, or appetites of the flesh, and will make no effort to move or change: But for the few who are willing to do what their God has ordained, there will flow a tremendous anointing to accomplish great things in the earth. Those who walk this way will flow in a spiritual mode, making their decisions by the spirit, not by their natural minds. Traditional thinking, fear, nor the flesh will hinder them. They will recognize that “counting the cost” literally means, Is God in it? It does not mean, as is often the interpretation, to look at or evaluate the circumstances before taking an action. Many look at their checkbooks or situations as a source of evaluating what God said, when in fact, checkbooks nor circumstances have anything to do with truly “counting the cost.”

If we have God’s direction and timing, the resources (money, love, ability, etc.) will be provided, often in the eleventh hour. Every move of God in our lives and in the lives of others will require faith and trust, often when there is no sign or evidence of anything in the physical realm. God’s pattern is always to birth a work in the spirit and confirm it in the natural, not the other way around. Many have moved in the physical, natural realm and expected God to bless it, even calling it God’s direction and purpose. We have reached an hour when this will simply not work for those called to the mighty end-time move of God. In His mercy, God has and is stopping our presumptive acts by painfully letting these works die. The intense fire from these painful deaths will literally burn our wills from us and organize our hearts in such a way that we will not move unless we have a proceeding word from God. We will then be prepared to stay far from presumptive acts and purposes.

We are now living in an hour where God is saying; I want you to begin to think by the mind of the spirit, not just for your major decisions, but also in your everyday life. There was a time when you only touched the flow of MY spirit INFORMATIONALLY, when you needed an answer: I am now calling my people to constantly stay in MY flow in their everyday life. As you reach for this goal, MY anointing will increase and truly you will see MY power operate in you. It is the time, the hour that I am making MY spirit available to all flesh, a time of new beginnings, however, in order to walk in this, you must flip the switch from Natural to Spiritual – a conscious decision on your part to flow spiritually, which will produce the anointing to walk in it…Recognize you are in a battle though; Constantly you will be tested and pulled to walk in the flesh, to think the way the flesh thinks, constantly pulled into being offended, mistreated, and hurt by people and circumstances – DO NOT THINK THIS A STRANGE THING, rather take it as a sign, as an evidence of your efforts to walk by MY spirit. You will win some of these battles, and you will lose some. Do not get discouraged when you lose, rather recognize your mistake, repent and let the incident serve as an evidence of your need to get back into a flow with me.

Your ability to recover quickly is a sign of spiritual conditioning similar to the way a physically conditioned body recovers from exercise. These events need not trip you up for days and weeks, but rather hours and minutes, and soon only minutes and seconds, and eventually – NOT AT ALL!

Your trust for me will be so great that nothing in life can pull you from my presence – you will stay in a flow with me, constantly and ever gathering information from my spirit, not the circumstances you face. What a joy you will have as you walk this way, unhindered by events or circumstances, FREE to be my vessel and perform my works upon the earth…Miracles are an evidence of this flow with me and you will experience them, but the greatest evidence will be my fruit and my gentle love to which people will be drawn. Think it not a strange thing when people are drawn to you, often strangers. Recognize that they see ME in you. As this happens, ask ME for my words to them – As you speak MY words, you will release life giving substance for MY word is alive and it produces life. Learn to only speak the words I give you in these specific situations. Release MY power by speaking MY word. Exciting evidences of MY power will soon be seen by those who have ears to hear MY voice today!
